• I am using the Premium version of the plugin and created several custom fields (The options below Categories). If someone filters the products using the Size the other options get a (0) next to them. Is there a way to change that?

    To clarify, someone selects 6×9 they cannot see how many 6×9 Modern Rugs there are. Is there a way have the catalog show how many 6×9, Modern rugs there are specifically in the filter sidebar?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Have you made any progress with this issue?

    Is it possible for me to try using the premium version of the plugin on a test site?

    There have been no updates related to this. As for using the premium version on a test site, please email us at [email protected]. Discussion of the premium version/licensing is not allowed in these forums.

    Hi @mishalse,

    Could you check the following admin tables and see if there are any negative values for the amount of products in that respective tab?

    – Catalogs (Products in Catalog)
    – Categories (Products in Category)
    – Sub-categories (Products in Sub-category)
    – Tags (Products Tagged)

    I dont see any negative values. Here is a screenshot of what I see:

    Hi @mishalse,

    Thank you for providing that. We will get back to you if we discover anything.

    In the meantime, if you want, you can check out this thread. The user seemed to have a similar issue and resolved it by remaking their custom fields. If you are seeking an immediate solution and you’re willing to try whatever, maybe give that a shot.

    Note: Make a backup of your database.

    I don’t think that will help because I created a brand new catalog here https://heirloomrugwash.com.au/test-catalog/ with the same problem as the first one.

    Is there a projected date on any updates to the plugin?

    Hi @mishalse,

    The projected date is to be determined.

    Is this catalog using any of the custom fields from the other catalog?

    Some of them may be named the same, but I created them from scratch. Would the name itself matter?

    Hi @mishalse,

    The naming shouldn’t matter as long as it’s a completely new catalog, i.e. if the plugin is setup on a new WordPress site, there is no need to worry about the naming. So is this catalog on a new WordPress site?

    Yes, the catalog here https://heirloomrugwash.com.au/test-catalog/ was built from scratch.

    This is an ongoing issue for which there is currently no global fix. If the counts are now showing correctly for you, I would suggest to hide them for now, using the aforementioned CSS:

    prod-cat-sidebar span span {
    display: none;
    }
