I’m sorry for the late reply. Are you still experiencing this issue? After selecting a file from Dropbox, you’ll see a direct link to the file in the downloadable products overview. Could you please check if that URL download’s the full 17mb file?

I’m having the same issue. My downloadable item is 2.05gb, but when I run the link it is only downloading as 297mb.

Hello all, sad to hear you’re having this problem. Could it be the case you just uploaded the file to Dropbox and it’s still syncing with their service? Have you tried downloading the file a few hours later to see if it resolved?

Hi! I’m experincing same problem, i read about dropbox limits on plugins homepage but i’m 100% sure that i didn’t exceed them.
I didn’t use dropbox for 48 hours and the downloadlink after purchase is still 1-90% less in size then original file. Did anyone managed to solve it?
