    Hi,

For some time now I have had a problem with the order fields in the store order form. Even though the fields are completed correctly, after selecting the payment method, accepting the regulations and wanting to proceed to payment, a message appears that the name, surname, street and city fields are required fields, and the postal code field is incorrectly completed. I checked the validation in the order fields because I have the Flexible Checkout Fields plugin installed on the website, but the validation is marked as “default” just like in the other fields. Additionally, I disabled the Flexible Checkout Fields plugin and even the payment plugin, thinking it was some sort of conflict, but the error still persists.

    Where could the problem be?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Man I wish my mom was here to translate in Polish. That’s one language I can’t write in.

Anyhoo. So, the issue is you have Ship to Different selected as the default. You need to go into Settings and remove that. Here’s how to do that.

The second issue is you have no shipping to US I guess, so I don’t know if you’re having issues to any other country. If you only ship within Poland then state that in your settings too.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi @magdalena89,

I just went to your site to test this and I can confirm the issue as @serafinnyc mentioned, the “Ship to another address” option is checked: https://prnt.sc/-TvYYXiX1cLI. Can you please double check on your WooCommerce → Shipping → Settings → Shipping settings which option do you have in place?

Default to customer shipping address” will require a shipping address to be entered.

Default to customer billing address” will ship to the same address set as billing, but it’ll give an option to ship to a different address.

Force shipping to the customer billing address” will ship to the same address as billing, no option to choose another address.

If you’re using one of the last two options and the issue persists, please let us know and we’ll help you troubleshoot this further, as one of your third party plugins may be causing a conflict here.

    I hope this helps!
