Is it possible to disable “Allow full text editor for unregistered” for all registered and unregistered users? It is very important to me, as it is creating various conflicts with other plugin.

Congratulations on the plugin, it’s really spectacular.

I want to buy several very interesting extensions, but first I have to solve my problem.

    Thanks.

    Hello @calle81,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to disable full TinyMCE for registered users. You can disable it for guest users from setting( Support > Setting > General > Allow rich text editor for guest ticket).

    Thank you for this idea.?
We have added this suggestion in our suggestion list. This feature will be available in the future version of the plugin.

Your suggestion(Allow rich text editor for guest as well as register user) has been implemented in latest version of SupportCandy (2.1.0). Please update plugin with latest version and you will get feature which you have suggested to us. To set texteditor setting, please go to Dashboard > Support > Settings > TinyMCE > Allow rich text editor.
