Problem with Featured Posts Images shared on Telegram

  • Hi everyone, I have a problem with sharing images of posts on Telegram.
    When I share a post on my Telegram channel, the featured image appears small and not “rectangular” as it is on the post.
    Can anyone tell me how can I do to make the feature image of the posts that I share on Telegram appears in a “large” (rectangular) format? Thank you!

  • As far as i know telegram uses OpenGraph meta to detect images.

    By default WordPress does not itself generate the OpenGraph meta. Normally some other plugin does. But inspecting your site it does seem to have correct og: meta.

    So any issue really are likely to be telegram side.
