    Good morning, can somebone help me with pay pal payment problem.

    First of all, there was a problem reported by customers, when choosing a pay-pal payment in the basket, ten rectangular buttons for quick pay pal payments in Poland develop at the bottom, e.g. Blik Payment. When they select this payment a blank white window pops up. And on some browsers a pay-pal payment window pops up for quick payment, however, the completed order never reaches my panel, the customer does not receive a return email, the payment is collected from the customer. When i writing to the PayPal support, they gets information that everything is fine with them, and the problem pops up at the PayPal plugin for woocommerce.

    Now when I choose quick payment or paypal payment a window pops up select another type of payment.

    Can anyone write how to fix it step by step?

    Can you maybe share a screenshot of this? I’m not sure if I have yet seen what you describe.

    Blik is an Alternative Payment Method and usually only provided by PayPal on the Checkout page, and not in the PayPal popup window.

    Please note that when using alternative payment methods such as Blik, the payment is processed as a “push payment”. This means that the payment is authorized and debited from the customer’s bank account as soon as they approve it.

    If the payment is not captured by the merchant, it will be automatically refunded after 3 hours. Depending on the bank, the refund may take a few days to process.

    Please be aware that if no order has been created in WooCommerce, then the payment has not been captured by PayPal Payments, and no funds will be added to your account. This could potentially happen if the webhooks are not registered or received, or if the buyer did not complete the checkout process correctly (for example, if they are not redirected to the order-received page).

    For now, you could temporarily disable APMs like Blik with the Hide Funding Source(s) setting.

    We’d be happy to understand better the setup of your website, and a copy of your WooCommerce system report would be helpful. You can obtain the system report from the WooCommerce > Status page.
