Problem with Facebook shop and product catalog

    Hi,
    Firstly – thank you for that you maded that great plugin.

    I have a problem with adding products to facebook shop. Previous I have many problems with other stuff, but I maded by myself and now I’m stuck. Products are exporting every night and I can see it in Facebook catalog. Just one of them have error. I do not know, why I cannot see it in my shops on fanpage. Can you help me? What could be the reasons?

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your Facebook feed.

    Could you, in order to understand how you have you configured your product feed(s), retrieve the plugin debug.log and send it to us?

    Can I send you private this debug.log? I do not want to other see that. Of course we can write here solution, but not details about my shop.
