Problem with Facebook Share

  • I have a Facebook Share icon on my site.

    I also have a Pop up Feedback form that pop ups after a video is played at 3 min.

    When you click on the FB share icon it populates the fields with text form the pop up form, but I need it to populate with some unique taglines I have for each video. I have these taglines on the video pages and they appear when you hover over the video thumbnails on the homepage.

    The share button was working correctly until the pop up was installed now it’s conflicting with it. I need to leave the pop up as is.

    How can I get the correct information back in the FB share fields when shared?

    BTW, I see addthis.com at the bottom of the status when it’s getting ready to populate the FB share fields, but I cant’ for the life of me find addthis plugin anyway in the admin area.
