Problem with Exporting to CSV

Hello,

I am running a form with Hebrew using your plugin, everything is fine on the back-end and the Hebrew is placed correctly in the database. When I try to export to CSV all the Hebrew text turns to something like this: ×￠רב ×”×?×?ר×?×a, possible to fix please?
