Problem with export containing huge description and HTML

  • Hi XcessInfostore, thanks for raising this, HTML formatting is an ongoing drama to play well with Excel, we do strip out characters we expect to cause problems.

    Can you send me an e-mail at support@visser.com.au with a full export of that Product minus the Product Description, then a separate txt file with the raw Product Description (with HTML) from the Edit Product screen.
