I made my site private with Profile Builder and it works with all pages except events for both posts and categories. Instead of redirecting to the login page, when you enter a category or post without logging in, it shows you a blank page and does not send you to the login page. Could you help me? Thank you

    Hi @iftech,

I created a normal event while using The Events Calendar plugin, and while having the Profile Builder Private Website functionality enabled, I was redirected to the Login page when I tried to access the URL of that event.

    1. ?Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> and send a full screenshot with everything you have installed related to Profile Builder and The Events Calendar (make sure the plugin version can be seen)?
    2. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Profile Builder -> Settings -> Private Website -> and send a full screenshot from there (make sure all the settings from that page can be seen)?
    3. Could you please more information on how you created the pages with which you encounter this issue? Please provide the steps that need be taken to create those exact pages/posts (so that I can try an reproduce this issue locally).

You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshots.

    Best regards,

    Thanks for the reply.
To create the event I don’t do any strange steps. I go to Events>Add new then save. But in reality it also does this with the category link.
The redirect works with WordPress posts and categories.

I see that you have a very very old version of Profile Builder, please update the Profile Builder plugin to the latest version (3.10.1), and check if you still encounter these issues (with the specific event post and category).

Note: Since the current version of Profile Builder that you have is really old, you might want to first do a backup of your site before moving forward with the updating process.
