• Hi there ,

I’ve been facing a Problem with the email style as far as i know it is a problem with the viewing scale ( height & width % ) and i will explain

my site is in ( Arabic ) language .. the email notification i receive is displayed in a messy way..

however, when i change the site language to ( English ). everything works just fine !!

this a video for better understanding

(you’ll notice the language from the email title )

so is there is any way to fix this or at least make the English language the default language for emails only ? ..

  • If you are using a multilingual plugin that is what is going to control whether the email is set in English or Arabic.

I can’t see this happing when using a RTL language. How does it appear for you in the customizer? Are you adding any custom css?

    Thanks for your reply..

No i am not using multi language plugin and everything is set to deafult in wp.

Regard your question .. in the customizer preview everything looks perfect .. however when i try to send a test email ( wp language – arabic ) the sent email looks messy and when ( wp language – English ) it looks fine

I even tried to disable the plugin and try the default email .. the problem still exist

That tells me you have another plugin adding some styling to emails or you are overriding templates and somehow breaking the default woocommerce styling for RTL.

Have you tried disabling all plugins?

I tried it on an all new website with all default settings no plugins installed and problem still exist .. thats Really confusing

I would suggest using the English template as default no matter what is the language of the site

    Here are a couple possibilities.

If you are using an STMP service, they could be filtering the email in such a way as to break the styling.

If your server is not using updated php and/or are missing php extensions then the styling could not be added correctly.

If your email inbox is not a common inbox, like Gmail, then the styling could just be breaking in that inbox and not in others.

It could be a bug in Woocommerce that needs to be addressed there.
