Problem with Email Responses

  • Hi, I’ve installed Ultimate Member 2.0. All my default email responses are in some strange code like this:
    <div style=”max-width: 560px; padding: 20px; background: #ffffff; border-radius: 5px; margin: 40px auto; font-family: Open Sans,Helvetica,Arial; font-size: 15px; color: #666;”>
    I tried checking and unchecking the ‘Use HTML for emails’ box, but it’s the same.
    Any ideas, anyone?

    The option below needs to be checked so that you now use html instead of plain text.
    Use HTML for E-mails?

    I have the same issue and can not use plain text emails anymore.

    I would prefer to use plain than to use html.
