problem with Email notification for withdraw approval and cancellation

    Hello
    Please i am experiencing some little problem i noticed that Email notification for withdraw approval and cancellation notification will not showing the main Body of the message only the subject will show, when you open the mail you wont find the main message body. However for admin side when there is a new withdraw request notification i see the email no problem with that.
    please kindly take a look at it

    I am sorry for the delay in response. I have checked on our local server but it is working fine for me. Would you please check if there is any conflict with a third party plugin.
