Problem with email

Hello,
There is a problem regarding to the email.
When an user pre-order something, there will be double email(email or order+ email for invoice).
I don’t want the user to get the email for invoice, I only want user to get a single email. How can I do it?
And it is possible to let user to receive a custom email which is only for pre-order?
