Problem with Elementor not allowing to add images

Hello, I have a weird problem!
When I have my local wordpress install everything works fine.
However when I put my website online, it does not allow me to add images!
When I click on the “Image” tab in the Elementor builder I get to see this:
https://i65.tinypic.com/2mhd56e.png</img>When I change the theme to 20-seventeen I am able to add them,
The silly thing is that it works fine on my local install with my current theme!Anyway here is my theme information:

I don’t think that it’s a problem with addons, as the problem occurs when I only have elementor activated.

Nothing seems to fix it, except for changing the theme,
Still I find it hard to believe that it is a theme problem- Because it works fine on a local WAMP install.Please help me out here so that I can use my website without having to change it all again.
