Problem with Elementor media Carousel

In desctop version it work very well

Elementor team say :

I have checked in detail and if you see the attached screenshot then it will explain that a js code of your theme is preventing the carousel button to work. Just so you know preventdefault is a function assigned to button in theme file. Theme is making conflict with that carousel and I will suggest you to contact theme authors to get it resolved for you.

I tried replicating same issue on my end but it seems like it works absolutely fine for me.
