problem with Elementor image carousel

    we have a web site that uses oceanwp theme with the latest update and latest version of Elementor plugin.
    Everything was working fine until suddenly when i try to add new image to the Elementor image carousel i get an empty window below is the screenshot.

    Do you see any errors on your console tab via the inspect option on your browser?

    Please try following these steps:

    – Deactivate all of your plugins except Elementor. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.

    – switch your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySixteen (or other default WordPress theme) temporarily – and see if it solves your error.

    The error i get is attached in the link. It start to appear when the page builder page finish loading.
    I will also follow the steps you suggested.

    I found that a plugin in installed called Enhanced Media Library causing the problem.
