I am using WooCommerce with Elementor + Hello Theme.

Stripe works well and the Apple Pay button is displayed at checkout.

The problem I have is in the product pages, the Apple Pay button is not displayed well, only the option “OR – Add to Cart” is displayed.

    Any solution?

  • @ajratoni – can you link us to a page where we can see this happening? I tried accessing a product on your site, but I don’t see any evidence that Apple Pay is enabled on your site.

Sorry, I had disabled the plugin because it does not show good buttons.

Now it’s back on so you can review it.

This is how the button is (not) displayed.

I would like to solve it, or be able to not show the Apple pay button on the product page, only in the cart and checkout (it shows well there).

I have the same problem. While I am using elementor the apple button does not appear on screen. When I go to the Single Product and cart page on my website it shows but only on Desktop, on tablet and mobile it does not show.

Same here. In my case with default theme product page, buttons appear properly.
If I apply an Elementor template it shows the same result as @ajratoni, a thin line and the – or – separator.

Button is not missing though, but it seems like an Elementor issue with the width of apple pay button. If you zoom in, the thin line before “- or -” is clickable and is actually the apple pay button.

Same problem. You can see it on my site here or any of my product pages.

It doesn’t appear on all browsers at all times. I guess it somehow detects Apple Pay is an option and serves up the – OR – ?

Maybe we need to contact Elementor support?

    Hey there!

Thanks for sending more info in regarding this.

@ctheory11 is correct, your best bet will be to contact the Elementor support team. They are much more suited to help with this issue, which is specifically related to CSS on the buttons, only while using Elementor.

I would recommend giving them a contact and see if they have a solution for you. Since it seems to affect a lot of users of Elementor, I would assume they can fix in an upcoming version of the plugin.

Hopefully that helps! Have a great one!

I’ll write them right now, and refer them to this thread.

Hi @ctheory11 I am facing the same issue, did you manage to resolve this? If so, could you kindly share the solution?

    Cheers!

Nope, it was never resolved. It still happens all over my shop, and looks just as ugly as ever.

I have the same issue. Also using elementor hello theme and elementor single product page. Do you have any fix for this?

I have the EXACT same issue. I just contacted Elementor. Hopefully they’ll be helpful! I too have deactivated all unnecessary plugins and tried with storefront. Same issue.

    Same problem, any solution?

I actually got in touch with Elementor support on 12/14/2020 and they told me the issue was coming from their side and that they’re working on resolving the issue. I guess they haven’t fixed it yet. Sigh…..

    Hey again!

I’m going to mark this resolved on our end, as this isn’t anything we can fix on our end.

    Have a great one!

I have solved it with css, but stripe should give compatibility to this
