Problem with ECS?

I am working on migrating our wordpress instance over to being hosted on a AWS ECS cluster. Everything elseseems to be working except for two plugins. one of which is the Media Offload Lite plugin. I’ve gotten our codebase compiled into a container, I copy over the database and everything works. Except Wp offload (which I was thinking i’ve not finished all of the configuration steps as far as authentication goes). The menus do not show up for it in the backend. The plugins page shows it as being active, but there is not a go to settings link. Of course I’ve tried toggling it on and off.

I tried starting with a fresh database and am getting the same result. All the other plugins are off.

The only other plugin that is doing the same thing is the WP Offload SES Lite plugin.

There is nothing in the logs, I’ve turned debuging on. I’m just kind of stumped at this point.

The common behavior between Media Offload and Offload SES is about the only thing I have to go on at this point.
