    Hi,

    I’ve just installed the UpdraftPlus plugin and followed the necessary steps to have Dropbox as my choice of remote storage. I followed the link to authenticate with Dropbox which it said was successfully done (there is also a note at the top of the settings page stating: “Success: you have authenticated your Dropbox account.”

    However, when I try to make a back up (and now try to delete an unsuccessful backup), I keep seeing the error messages of “Warning: you do not appear to be authenticated with Dropbox.”

    Any help/advice would be very much appreciated! Thank you.

    Hi,

    Best to try to authenticate again – go to the ‘Dropbox’ section in the ‘Remote Storage’ section in UpdraftPlus, and press the link to authenticate again.

    Hi David,

    Thanks so much. I see there was an update on the plugin this morning, which I did and had to re-authenticate my Dropbox account and everything now works perfectly – my backup is done! Many thanks.
