Problem with Downloads on Android phones

    We’re seeing an issue on multiple Android phones where users trying to access PDFs via a Download link receive an “Invalid Format” error instead of seeing the PDF. Other PDFs that aren’t managed by the plugin load fine on the Android phones. Is this a known issue and/or is there a workaround for this? Thanks!

    Hey there,

    Did you check the Redirect to file option for the download? I’m not sure how Android would handle a force-download on the PDF file (in case you did not check that option).
