Problem with downloading from hebrew text

Please read the FAQ and please select a font which supports Hebrew, such as one of the DeJa Vu fonts. Helvetica does not, and that is the default font. This is discussed in the FAQ.

Please report status of this after you have changed the font, and please provide a link to the site so that I may follow-up, if necessary.

The font is ok but i have a hard time with the css
I put in css but some of it doesnt come up
for ex i need a border around the page and i tried p{
text-align:right;
margin:50px;

}
h1{

font-weight: bold !important;
font-size: 30px !important;
text-align: center;
color: #c7512e !important;
background-color:#c2512f;
}
body{
border:3px solid #bdad94;
}
but the border doesnt appear
also the h1 header doesnt change color only the background color appears
how could i do it please help me!
