Problem with Domain Mapping in Multisite

Its forwarding to the url actually but providing none of the data that its suppose to on the page. https://gmcre.com/homes-for-sale-search/ the search is for another property search plugin that isn’t related to the IDX.

When you register the Optima Express plugin, the URL for your site is recorded and used for the IDX Pages. You may want to try refreshing your registration in the WordPress Dashboard > Optima Express > Register > Refresh registration (click)

It looks like the theme template is not outputting the IDX content to the page. You may want to try an alternate theme template is one is provided by the theme. You can change theme templates at WordPress Dashboard > Optima Express > IDX Pages

Was afraid of that it was working when I first installed it when I tried to change the url of the page it broke everything even after changing back. So might have to start over delete database tables and see if it restores itself or not. Can’t believe they don’t offer a way of just using short codes on pages for this would make it much easier to move and integrate with various themes.

We offer a variety of shortcodes, however, many IDX Pages are accessible via the virtual pages provided by Optima Express. Virtual pages provide IDX content that can be integrated, without needing to build out each page in WordPress. Did you have a chance to try an alternate page template in WordPress Dashboard > Optima Express > IDX Pages?

There was no alternative page templates that will solve it. It started to work then when I thought we could move it everything stopped working. Likely will have to back track and delete the database tables and reinstall since its not working even after refreshing registration.

If no content is showing with any of the templates your theme provides, then you may need to create a new template or edit an existing theme template. I’ve included our knowledge base article on theme templates that you may find helpful. See “A Note for Developers”

I also see that the search form on the home page is still pointed to gmcrealty.renetwerk.com, and that redirects to gmcre.com. You stated that you refreshed the registration, but this does not seem to be reflected on the site. If you would like assistance with refreshing the registration, please email [email protected] with your client ID and WordPress administrator login. The update didn’t fix the issue checking to see if you were able to look into it as none of the defaults are there right now. And refreshing the registration isn’t working.
