Problem with DIVI theme

  • Hello, i’ve found a problem with contact form in Divi:
    I’ve correctly configured the plugin, but only the text is captured from the contact form. I don’t know how i can take above information from contact form:
    1) From Email Address – This email address will be used in the “From” field.
    2) From Name – This text will be used in the “FROM” field
    The site is: https://2alcore.it
    In the Easy WP SMTP Plugin it seems settable only with simple fixed option (from email address and from name), but I need that those information are collected from the DIVI contact form in home page!!!!
    Please help me!

  • I also use the Divi theme and I believe it doesn’t set the From email to what the user entered, but only sets the reply-to header. Took us a minute to figure that out, but if you reply to the email, it should go to the person who sent it.

    But bottom line, nothing to do with the plugin, it’s all on the Divi side.

    I’ve inserted this example of code in Divi Contact form option:
    My name is %%Name%%, my message is %%Message%% and email address is %%Email%%.
