    Hello,

I don’t know when it started, but I’ve noticed it before. When I login to WordPress and view the website, the top panel disappears. When I go back, I’m logged in, so there’s no automatic logout.

The biggest problem is that some changes only happen in the admin center, if I view the website as a user, there is no change.

Just today I wanted to change the theme and had to do it through Chrome where the top bar doesn’t disappear.

WordPress apparently has a problem with some browsers (I can only confirm Opera GX and Edge).

    Is there a solution please?

    Thank you

This problem may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to deactivate all plugins and switch to the default Twenty Twenty-Three theme. If the problem goes away, re-activate them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to deactivate all plugins and change the theme for you while you’re still logged in without affecting normal visitors to your site.

    Hello @macmanx

I’m sorry for the late reply. Yes, the problem was actually caused by a plugin used only to show that the website is under maintenance, which is no longer needed, so I uninstalled it and the problem was solved.

    Thank you
