  • Problem with displaying the first line of product photos

    Please help explain why the first line on the products page is not showing product images. It is the same on the iPad and iPhone (in this case – mobile – here the problem concerns only the first product, because it is the only one in the first line). However, on mobile, if there is no photo at the entrance (on the list of products), after entering the product, often no photo of the product is visible, although in the preview (small tiles) they are visible.
    Interestingly, sometimes when I go to the product page and the photos in the first row do not appear, then I enter the first product, where I can see all the photos, I click through them one by one and then I return to the page with all products and it turns out that all photos from the first row are visible.

    Sometimes the display problem manifests itself after entering the product and only affects the first picture.

    Once I realized that I was uploading too large photos, but I already know it and I always resize it to 1920×1920 in WordPress when adding a new photo, so it should be OK.

    Note, it’s OK on a desktop computer or laptop.
