Problem with displaying badge using shortcode in footer

Dear support,
at first, i appreciate your work. But everything does not work fine and i do not know how figure out what is wrong.
When i used generated shortcode ([trustindex data-widget-id=1353b1f66d8d777cee5c3ec363]) in footer of website rosesforyou.cz, inside Shortcode block, badge was not displayed. Was displayed nothing. So i added via free plugin Custom css and js to HEAD section script <script defer async src=’https://cdn.trustindex.io/loader.js’></script without specific end. But even with specific end <script defer async src=’https://cdn.trustindex.io/loader.js?1353b1f66d8d777cee5c3ec363′></script it started works. And then works plugin in Shortcode section. My question is, is neccessary to have loader.js in head section? But even with this addded JS loader in HEAD section was problem with popup. Popup was not displayed, only arrow on the bottom. On place where i added full link loader with specific number for plugin, it worked even with popup.
