Problem with Discount Rules for WooCommerce – PRO

    I have created a field which when activated allows the products to be personalised with an inscription, this field adds 15€ to the product price. I recently activated Discount Rules for WooCommerce – PRO and the two plugins conflict. The price is taken into account without the customisation surcharge. How can I solve this? Have you already had reports of this type?

    Unfortunately, our free version does not integrate with Discount Rules for WooCommerce, sorry!

    Writing integrations is not easy and takes quite some time to maintain. For that reason, integrations are a Pro feature only. Hope you can understand we have to draw a line somewhere.

    Can I also take the $50 plan or do I have to take a bigger one? Are there limits to the integration or does it support all types of discounts?

    The cheapest plan has support for the Discount Rules plugin. There are some limitations yes, as they offer a lot of discounting options. We offer a 14-day refund if that is the case and we will try to solve it for you first.
