Problem with disabling expired events

    I have selected to “Disable sale if expired” in the Event Ticket settings.

    However, it is disabling the product when the event is still active. I want to sell tickets from August 1 to November 2, so I set the start date for the ticket product to August 1, 2018. And I sent the end date as November 2, 2018.

    But, “Disable sale if expired” option seems to look at the START date, and not the end date, because it hides my sale unless I make the start date in the future. This option should use the END date to determine if the sale is over.

    How do I make a sale stay active/visible until November 2?

    Please note, the “Text for expired events” field also does not display when the event has expired. It removes the product, but does not display the message.

    Basically, I just want a product to stop being for sale on the end date, but that doesn’t seem to work.
