    I am getting “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help” this every time on woo commerce cart page and checkout page. I have configured the field again and again but not solved yet. I tried debug method to know what’s going on first I got “invalid site id” then I contact with DHL and got the right info and put these on configuration but problem not solved yet. now I am getting this following error:

    Error in parsing request XML:Error:
    Datatype error: In element 'Password' :
    Value 'my-password'
    with length '30' exceeds maximum length
    facet of '20'.. at line 9, column 56

    Please help me to solve this problem as soon as you can.

  • Please double check the password. The password exceeds maximum length 20 characters.

    I have talked to DHL and they informed me that password is correct and they also told me that “DHL just have the 30 characters password and they cannot generate another or less”
    I am using DHL Germany. so please extend the limit of password length.

    I have checked the code, there seems to be no any restriction on password length. The error is throwing from DHL API only. I request you to approach DHL with complete debug request and reponse.

    It seems you are trying to enter DHL Paket credentials here. This plugin is designed to fetch real time rate from DHL express API. Please try this plugin to use DHL Paket account.
