Problem with del.icio.us – Bookmark this!

I have added this plugin to the Loop. Readers can now digg, delicious, furl, and bliklist.
However, since the posts are on the main page, if a reader clicks on “digg” for instance, that’s the entire page that’s digged and not just the post page. How can I address thsi problem?
