Problem with deleting fields and groups

    Hi,

    I’m using the plugin, but I have a problem with deleting fields and datagroups. When I click the red delete icon, the field disappears, but after a page refresh it is still there. Both for fields and groups.

    How to fix that? Already tried another theme and disabling plugins. Unfortunately it didn’t work.

    Your database got corrupted somehow, most likely. If you can get a look at your PHP error log after you try to delete a field, you can see which field is causing the problem.

    You can install a plugin that will show you your PHP error log if you don’t know how to look at it.

    Thanks, I have one other question.

    I’m trying to import data with the CSV importer. I have only one problem: special characters like é are completely stripped. Not only the character, the whole field stays empty. How to support these characters? I’ve saved the csv with UTF-8 encoding.

    That is what happens if the file isn’t encoded with UTF-8. I know you said it was, but you may need find a way to check the file to make sure. On mac, you can use something like TextWrangler.
