Problem with database wp_postmeta cannot change

Moved to new host and changed domain name. Someone else created the wp site. I’m trying to bring it up.

Getting the http 500 on every view. changed all references to new domain name except wp_postmeta still refers to old domain name.

can this be causing the problem? If so, how can I change wp_postmeta please.
