It has nothing to do with woocommerce addon. I have deactivated it and problem is still there. I deactivated all addons. I can solve my problem only by deactivating simple membership plugin.

This seems to be a configuration/setup related issue. Have you ever used a hook from our plugin to create a redirection? That will cause the redirection to stop when the plugin is deactivated since that hook will not be triggered anymore.
