Problem with CSS

Hello,
I have problem with my Background banner.
When I place it, I get this: https://informiran365.com/f (I have made the banner to be seen only on error.)My problem is that I need to extend a little bit my banner, because it goes behind the body of my website. (see the picture: https://img855.imageshack.us/img855/984/78z9.png)
Can you tell me what should I write in the CSS to fix this?
