Problem with CREDIT CARD payment with recurring fee

    Hello I have a problem in this days about CREDIT CARD payment.

    I use Paypal website payment pro for month recurring payment, if the user choose the PAYPAL payment there is no problem ….

    But when some user choose CREDIT CARD payment, and put all information the platform give me this issue:

    “This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant’s account is not able to process transactions.”

    And the payment don’t work ….

    There is a way to DISABLE the CREDIT CARD option and give only the PayPal payment possibility on the website?

    I try to deselect alls the credit cards, in PMP Setting but the credit cards option don’t disappear …

    To disable the credit card option for PayPal Website Payments Pro would be to change your gateway to PayPal Express.

    Regarding PayPal Website Payments Pro, you would need to reach out to PayPal support to ensure your account supports this integration and you may need to activate a module on your PayPal account to support recurring payments.

    Otherwise you can give me a solution to don’t have this issue:

    Because I have put all the credit card information right but don’t work…

    Because with PayPal Express I have some problem with recurring payment…

    This error ““This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant’s account is not able to process transactions.” indicates a problem with your merchant account – you may reach out to PayPal to resolve this for you.

    What issue do you have with recurring payments? Do you receive a specific error message?

    In this way, with PayPal Express it’s possibile only pay with Paypal account.

    It’s not possibile put the credit card numbers on PayPal website right ?
