problem with creating template in Internet Explorer

Hello! I’m finishing my first WordPress template. In Chrome and Safari I have no problem. But there is no way in Explorer … further that the design does not look anything like touch, to activate and enter the desktop as WP goes all moved, as displaced (I mean when I logeo to enter wp-admin). If I change the template and a typical asset coming in installing everything returns to normal and working properly. I do not know I’m doing wrong, can someone help? thank you!
