Problem with creating our own new page in wordpress theme

  • Hi,
    Any one help me to create our own page in wordpress theme. I just want to create page with url like e.g https://192.168.1.101/project/company/abcd/
    where company is the newly created page and “abcd” is the comapny name to show the company details. But currently it shows the error message “Page not found” in that page.
    Just want to know the step that needs to be follow if we want to create new page wordpress theme.
