Problem with creat new drafts.

Hello.
I’m having trouble with CMS Tree Page View plugin.
The problem is happend on this process :
1.Go “Tree View” and listed site tree.
2.Hover a entry to open pop menu.
3.Click “After” to add new page.
4.Input “SAMPLE PAGE” and click “Add”.
5.Move to edit page.
6.Check the permalink, is not correct.
*The problem is happened only on drafts.I don’t know what to do for this problem.
Please tell me what should I do.Things I checked for this issue :
1.Blanked out function.php on my theme.
2.Disabled all other plugins.
3.Change theme to “twentyfifteen”
4.Change permalink setting from custum structure to post name.
5.Downgraded older version.
6.Delete most of pages.
7.Return “wp-content” to default place.Koichiro Nakao
