Problem with course development

    Customers say they can’t see the development on the course. For example, lessons already completed bar.

    Any idea?

    Actually, the pluggin is not recording the progress of the course, so my customers don’t know how many lessons they’ve taken or where did they leave the course.

    Do you know what I mean?

    Did they click on Completed button on the bottom of the lessons? Now the theme record the progress depend on the number of Completed lessons.

    Thanks for your response. I don’t know what bottom you mean. I don’t see that bottom in my theme…I have a test account to see exactly what my customers are experiencing and I can’t see it. Can you send a capture?

    Hi there,

    I’m afraid I don’t have that bottom (see captures). What is the latest version of the app? The completed lesson tick and completion of the bar used to happen automatically once the video in every lesson was watched.
