Problem with counter

    Hello !

    First of all congratulations for this plugin !! I like it so much but, I have a little problem in a website (attach url), when I change the main language to the second language (valencià) the counter begins to flick, this only happens in valencià, not in spanish.

    Please I need an urgent solution.

    Hi,

    That’s because of the effect of the counter, which is similar to a typewriting effect. It’s happening because TP detects just one letter/number at a time.
    I can suggest excluding the banner using data-no-translation attribute, https://translatepress.com/docs/developers/exclude-certain-text-or-element-from-being-translated/ or directly its HTML selector using the Exclude selectors from translation and Exclude selectors from dynamic translation features from TP Settings –> Advanced tab.

    Ok it works ! But, it’s impossible translate this countdown ? I mean, there is not other solution to get translate it ?

    Try to exclude only the selector of the numbers (you can try excluding .countdown-amount), not the selector of the entire section.
