Problem with connection using SSL/TLS

I’ve changed my hosting provider and realized that Easy SMTP stopped to work. I’m getting connection error while I’m trying to connect to the external email (email is on another hosting).
When I disabled SSL/TLS (set to none) and changed port from 465 to 587 – it started to work.
What should I tell my hosting provider in this case? Looks like I can’t connect using TLS/SSL from my new hosting.
Any ideas?
