Hello, 

Upon reviewing your site, we noticed that you are using several third-party plugins that could be interfering with the Facebook for WooCommerce integration:

• XStore Core?
• CTX Feed
• WPC Product Bundles for WooCommerce
• Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce (Pro)
• WooCommerce Infinite Scroll and Ajax Pagination

As well as several cache plugins that could be blocking the connection:

• Cache:?W3 Total Cache
• Autoptimize

Can you disable them, and try connecting the plugin then?

We also noticed that the site was having some server issues, and?this page?crashed several times during testing, have you changed anything since yesterday?

We just wanted to follow up and check if you are still having issues with the plugin? If so, please disable the following plugins:

• XStore Core?
• CTX Feed
• WPC Product Bundles for WooCommerce
• Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce (Pro)
• WooCommerce Infinite Scroll and Ajax Pagination
• Cache:?W3 Total Cache
• Autoptimize

And try reconnecting to the page then.

Also, please let us know if you have changed anything on your server since the initial report?

Hi @marijastuntcoders, I can’t start a new thread so thought I’d post my issue here.

We have been using the Facebook for Woocommerce plugin for a while with no issue bit recently our product updates have stopped syncing in Meta despite our plugin still being connected and Meta thinking everything is up to date.

Could you please help me troubleshoot?
