• Hello.

I was working ok with the plugin but from a couple of hours up to now it just stopped showing me the competitions, season and/or venues in the “Details” section when I’m trying to create or edit things like Events, Calendars, Players, etc. Of course I already created various items inside Competitions, Seasons and Venues but these are not displayed in the “Details” section as I described above.

?How can I do to make this work like before?

    Thank you.

Yes, I did it today and just noticed your post. So, what can I do? Is there any way to revert update?

    Thanks

Hey guys, I’m looking into this issue. Will release an update shortly.

It looks like a new variable was added to a function in WordPress 4.2 that we were using to get the competitions, seasons, and venues. I’ve modified our function so that taxonomies are being displayed properly again.

SportsPress 1.8.1 fixes this issue and is available for download now.

@amacmillan4 SportsPress Pro includes SportsPress core, so it will automatically deactivate SportsPress as it is not needed to run the Pro version.

Awesome! Now it’s working like a charm.

    Thank you!

    @edsl Glad to hear that!

    Hi Brian,

I also have SportsPress Pro but I still have the same problem as described above…

Thanks Brian. Like said above, SportsPress Pro still has the same problem. If I just use Sportspress plugin on its own, the competitions and seasons etc are all available again however, when I use Pro they are not

@ronald-zwiers @amacmillan4 SportsPress Pro is a standalone plugin, which includes the SportsPress library already, so instead you’ll need to download the latest version of SportsPress Pro (1.8.1) from your account and activate it.

    That worked, thanks!

However, that is now throwing up an issue whereby, when I create an event and give it a score. When it is being displayed in the results table, the score has now disappeared and has been replaced with the time of the game. It is definitely marked as “published” and has a score

I retract that last comment, the update changed my configuration for calculating who wins the game.

Apologies for that mistake, thanks for the fix!
