    You can confirm the conflict by deactivating all other plugins and testing with only Career Portfolio and Page Builder activated. If the issue persists then there is, unfortunately, no quick fix. If you have a moment you might mail the developers of Career Portfolio and request they take a look at how their plugin is impacting Page Builder.
