    Hi there,

    Firstly – thanks for providing this great plugin to the WP community!

    I’m experiencing an issue where I have two email addresses set in WooCommerce to receive notification emails. They are separated with a comma as the WooCommerce documentation advice. However non of the email addresses receives the emails and I have just done a Easy WP SMTP test and when two email addresses are used they don’t go through, but does go through when there’s only one.

    Any idea if this can be fixed?

    Hi where are you adding the two e-mails in WooCommerce settings?

    Thanks for responding to this!

    I’m just adding the emails in this way: https://imgur.com/a/UiSlB – under WooCommerce ? Settings ? Emails. However, it’s also not working through the ‘Easy WP SMTP Settings’ testing function.

    What do you think could be causing it?

    Hi, unfortunately I don’t use WooCommerce myself. However did you check the following WooCommerce troubleshooting emails tips?

    Thanks. Yes, I have. That was actually what lead me to using ‘Easy WP SMTP’ in the first place ??

    Does it work for you sending comma separated emails through the ‘Easy WP SMTP’ testing function?

    Unfortunately I have not tested that part myself. I have submitted a message to the developers to investigate further your question/issue.

    This plugin can’t handle comma separated email address unfortunately.
