Problem with child theme

Hello,

I have the following problem. I want to know if the orfeo theme is a theme child from hestia? And if there are any updates, will my website continue to work ? My website have orfeo theme.

I also wanted to add a child theme to the orfeo theme, but this is not possible why? Only to hestia can I add a child theme.
