• Over the past couple of weeks we have been experiencing a problem with the website going from checkout to Paypal, Some customers are getting an error saying that “Cart is empty” and it will not proceed any further. Although they had things in their cart and were going to pay. This is not happening to all customers though it seems? I have had many phone calls in regards to this matter, can you guys sort out a fix sometime soon as it seems from reading this forum that my site is not the only one experiencing this.

    Your updates seem to always cause major issues with effect us with sales! Also is it really necessary to force us to update? On many occasions I have gone back to previous versions that work very well as your updates usually cause numerous problems.

    I am using WP ecommerce version 3.8.13.4, this is the last version that has no glitches with the checkout and shipping, so I will not update as these issues seem to still exist.

    Hi colourcascadefabrics,
    I just tried to “buy” something in your shop and actually the cart was not empty after going to checkout.
    So it seems to work.

    Could it be that some of your customers just need to refresh their browser cache (ctrl+F5)?

    Hi, I’ve had a load of people who are attempting to help fix this go through the site and not have an issue, this is why it is so frustrating. Yet tonight I am still having customers emailing or going on to the facebook group telling me they having been trying to make an order for a couple of weeks and cant because they keep getting that error! My server people have been through the site and cant find anything, it has to be a wordpress or wpecommerce issue

    Can the people who were commending on”Blokes” thread about this issue help me out? Would love a solution even some SUPPORT from the developers would be nice. Want to have this resolved or it will literally kill my business, its been going on for too long already!

    Have you tried A) Updating your template files and B) Repairing your database tables?

    btw, contact Faar, he got a solution that are working..

    he mentioned about adding database structure and it work at his end.

    My solution is long way around.. but it works. if u still need my help.. Let me know.. after u hear from Faar.. and let me know too..

    Justin, No I dont know how!

    I have emailed Faar and he was a massive help yesterday, but I am not sure if what I did was correct, as it still isnt working for me. I have no experience with the php or SQL, its all a bit scary for me,

    I just need someone to walk me through it in easy simple terms with screen shots lol
