Problem with Checkout Files Upload

  • I have a problem with the Checkout Files Upload module in our shop. After uploading a file, I get a complete empty page with no content. If I reload ihe page, it is empty again. If I klick the back button in the browser, I get back to checkout and see the uploaded file. The file is uploaded already.
    The blank page is very annoying for the custumer, in most cases he abort the order … ??

  • Hi,

    Can you tell us where (what url) does it go to (and what is the url for the checkout page so we could compare)? What other wordpress plugins are you using? Could you try disabling other plugins and seeing if the problem fixes itself so we could know if some other plugin is interfering?
